TERRA PROMOTION is a property developer rooted in Saint-François for several decades. The group develops residential and commercial programmes across Grande-Terre, with particular attention to how each project sits within its natural setting and to build quality.
Belles Rives is the culmination of an intimate knowledge of the territory: the choice of location, a dialogue with the local vegetation, anticipation of the climate. None of this is improvised — it comes from years of experience on the ground in Guadeloupe.

Saint-François lacked an upscale accommodation offer combining the freedom of a private villa with the comfort of discreet, hotel-grade service. Too often a rental stay forces a trade-off: privacy against service, or service against the authenticity of the place.
Belles Rives was designed to reconcile both. Seven individual villas, each with its own character, organised around a concierge team that handles what needs handling — without intruding where you want quiet.
